Clinkscales Land Surveying, LLC specializes in Boundary Surveys and Lot Surveys (also referred to as a Closing Survey or Mortgage Certificate), but also does Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Property Line Staking, Property Line Agreements, Legal Descriptions, Division of Land, House Stakeouts, FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates, and offers special services such as GIS Data Collection, boundary location for landscaping services, and location drawings.



Clinkscales Land Surveying, LLC is currently licensed to practice only in the State of Alabama. We work primarily in the following counties:

Shelby | Jefferson | St. Clair | Talladega |

Others available upon request

We will travel farther in certain situations by request. Just shoot us a message if you would like a survey outside of our basic service area.
